Larry Willes has worked for more than three decades in international business development, private equity, and entrepreneur-led growth environments across Asia and the United States. His experience spans capital formation, operational leadership, revenue development, and restructuring during volatile market cycles.

He serves as a part-time online adjunct instructor, teaching venture funding, and continues to mentor students and entrepreneurs navigating capital evaluation and business planning. He remains involved in funding-related work where disciplined preparation and structured analysis contribute to responsible decision-making. 

The approach used in this book reflects real-world experience teaching founders how to prepare for funding.
